A $350 billion solar power farm that will power about 20 million solar homes in the U.S. and Europe could soon be on its way.
The $300-billion project in California has been in development for nearly three years.

Some of them are designed to power homes or offices, while others are aimed at powering factories.
The world’s second-largest solar energy market is expected by 2021 to be worth $3 trillion, the European Union’s Department for Energy and Climate Change said.
